If you are over 18 yars of age, you can call into the surgery to ask about registering to request your regular, repeat, prescriptions, electronically, with the exception of medications classed as controlled drugs or acute medications.

You will be asked to verify who you are by producing 2 forms of identification.

A combination of the following can be accepted as identification but it is preferable that one item of photo ID is seen along with one document containing your address.

birth or marriage certificate, medical card, driving licence, passport, local authority rent card, paid utility bills, bank/building societycards/statements, national Insurance number card, payslip, letter from Benefits Agency/benefit book/signing on card, papers from the Home Office or a P45.

We will record on your electronic medical record that you have produced the documented information and we will produce an information sheet with your log on and password details. You can then access the website to request regular repeat medication and the request will be processed within 48 hours or 2 working days.

Each patient must come to the surgery and register personally for this service-we cannot verify the information unless we have seen you and the documentation together therefore we wont be able to register you that day for Online Prescription Ordering!
